Tree of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Support Professsionals or CNAs to join our team for our facilities in Richmond, VA.     The Tree of Life Services Patient Care Technician is responsible for: - Assisting with and properly documenting the client’s day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned - Consistent follow-through with all medical, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects of the client’s specific program through the course of each day and night - Client engagement   Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate starts at $16 per hour, with potential increases based on education and experience.    Benefits include, but are not limited to: - Intensive, on-going training - Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) - Tuition reimbursement - COVID Testing, PPE Training and Supplies Provided

- Perform routine cleaning of 26-28 active bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms across 4 houses. - Complete Quarterly "Office Cleans" for approximately 10 offices. - Clean and sanitize common areas including 4 gyms and 4 recreation rooms. - Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces. - Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly. - Restocking Hygiene Essentials throughout program such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products. - Complete scheduled "Deep Cleans" of client bedrooms and treatment gyms or high traffic areas in collaboration with the maintenance team as appropriate. - Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
